Dr. Tushna Avasthi

I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the health and wellness of the Milton community and surrounding areas. I believe the body is designed to heal and adapt when given the right tools, support, and environment. This belief is what ultimately led me to pursue chiropractic care and dedicate my life to helping others reach their full health potential.

I was first introduced to chiropractic in high school while working as a swim instructor after experiencing a severe concussion. Over time, my headaches became more frequent and intense, and I found myself relying on medication more and more, until nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. I began to believe the pain was something I would have to live with.

That changed when I discovered chiropractic care. Not only did my headaches improve, but I also noticed meaningful changes in my overall well-being. Experiencing that transformation firsthand inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others improve their health and quality of life.

I began my chiropractic journey in 2022 at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). During my clinical internship, I had the opportunity to work in two Toronto-based chiropractic clinics, treating a wide variety of conditions while helping patients of all ages move, feel, and function at their best.
My clinical interests include pediatrics, pregnancy, postpartum health, and overall family wellness. I am passionate about supporting patients through every stage of life to help them achieve their long-term health goals.

My vision is to help bring greater health and wellness to as many people as possible by creating a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, empowered, and cared for. Whether you are seeking relief from long-term pain, recovering from a recent injury, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, my goal is to help you feel confident and supported throughout your health journey.

Outside of the clinic, I’m usually working out, going for a run, or in the pool. I’ve always loved staying active. I truly enjoy connecting with people to help them move and feel like themselves again!
